One of the 2 beds were comfortable. Bedding was cozy. Extra sleeping available in living room on pull out sofa.
Dirty room filters, no vending machines on 6th floor, no coffee in lobby, bathroom floors sticky, elevators took forever to wait on. Breakfast wasn't free for everyone, no extra sheets pillow or blanket for pull out sofa. And the worst part they put is in a room with a window that opened and had no screen with 3 kids. Not safe.

Location
The room smelled very badly. The sofa was stained all over, the entire suite was very dirty. We were not comfortable there and didn’t rest hardly at all. I would not stay there again nor would I recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was great. No buffet. Ordered off menu and ordered at table. Free coupons for the breakfast. The family room was bigger than most. Beautiful lobby and food area.

The check in staff couldn’t find my reservation because my name was entered wrong but a new staff member went over and beyond to find it. She was so sweet.

The bartender was amazing. She was EXTREMELY clean and had the cleanest looking and Snelling bar that I have ever encountered
I do not like pets! However, I do not dislike. I just don't want to dwell with them. If you travel with pets, this hotel is very accommodating... No free breakfast

My family had a wonderful stay. The staff were awesome! They all helped us and were respectful.
The only thing was the TVs are out dated and tiny.

I didn’t like the fact that we traveled long distance and one of the reasons I picked this place was for my children to enjoy some pool time Therefore they didn’t get to do so after being told they could Was told we would get refunded and never did Never Will I stay at this place again As well not to mention at breakfast they were out of just about everything you wanted to order worst experience ever Not again

not much to be honest, I guess it’s location to restaurants
slow elevator, rude front desk staff, keys that kept losing their door access! x4! front desk staff asking me if they needed to come up and show me how to use the door key to open my room door! no thanks smarty both of us kept getting the red unlocked color! not very happy having to go back down to get them rekeyed x4 times with a slow elevator!

Beach Staff Hotel
Held 200 on my card a week and website says breakfast included..it is not!! You pay at least 10.00 each ..Also I'm handicapped the access to the beach no ramp it's stairs up and down very difficult
