The night staffer who checked me in was very nice and friendly. Was done in less than 5 minutes

My room location. Right by housekeeping staging area and the elevator. Noise started at 8:30 am. Lots of conversations and banging. When mentioned to front desk on checkout the were very combative and argumentative with me saying it was housekeeping doing it and I should have requested a room away from the elevator. Next time that I check in at 1:30am I will have to try and remember that. Also breakfast- goes till 9:30. I went at 9:10. None of the hot food left but solid form oatmeal was still available. The breakfast worker didn’t come out until 9:30 and then just to break down the line.

Location was very central to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the number of hot options for breakfast. It was nice to have ready-made oatmeal, and not just packets. Plenty of parking and a good wifi signal made it great!

There were no cinnamon rolls on the day we left 😞

the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was hot and the food choices plentiful. the shower water was hot and the room clean. overall great experience

having availability when I needed it

The air conditioner didn’t work well and the room was very humid. The bed was extremely hard and it made for a long day with back pain.
