1. Not clean carpets and curtains had satins
2. Water pressure and shower head was not working. Properly

4. Elevator felt like it wasn’t serviced in years

6. Wasn’t informed that there was construction during my stay which gave me a headache

1.We booked a nonrefundable room, but when we got there, the room was not available. It was important for us to have two beds and the only available rooms had only one bed. How can we book a nonrefundable room and not have our room available? How can it then be no refundable. We held up our end of the deal, but you didn’t. We assumed you would give us what we paid for. You didn’t! And there was no offering to better our stay—just a verbal apology.
2.When I booked the room, I’d asked if there was a shuttle to the train station. I got a written response,”Yes.” Yet it turned out you DON’T offer shuttles to the train station.
3.It took a REALLY long time to check in.
4.Our key didn’t work when we got to the room.

The first room that we were given had a shared balcony and the balcony door was rigged with a chopstick. It did not have a lock and could be easily opened from the outside. We asked to switch rooms. The second room did not have a fridge or microwave but was supposed to. We had to stay a second night but were asked to move rooms because the owner wanted to get measurements of the room we had been assigned. The third room was ok but we will never stay there again. My partner’s debit card was charged incorrectly and we now have to wait 5-7 business days to get it resolved. The manager did not seem interested in helping his associate assist us with the debit card issues and insisted that the bank must have charged us twice. We are still dealing with getting the charges corrected. We have stayed at many hotels in San Jose and never experienced this before.

Mr Bhatia at the front desk was rude at the time of checking in. Aside from him, the other staff were good.

I like that there is a free shuttle service to and from the airport and the location is very convenient.
Our reservation did not include breakfast 😖, I thought it was included as a standard per reservation.

I liked a transfer guy Anthony, I used his services 2 times and he was polite, hearwarming, took care of everything, shared his gratitude towards his life and job. It was amazing! :) Because of him I came back already after 2 weeks :)

Friendly and helpful staff.
The bathroom was not up to standard. Could not shower because the bathtub/shower had not been cleaned.

I stayed 4 nights in a king bed room, and there's no mini fridge. I've never stayed at any hotel without mini bar in the room whatever standard it is.
They don't clean the room every day. House keeping only come to change towels, unless you tell them to clean the room.
