Facility was great. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Had a plug in our room that did not work. Discovered too late to request repair.

I didn't like anything about this hotel

They False Advertising the things they have The Pool was not open with a big sign that said Pool Closed and when I asked the manager Brittany She informed me the heater didn't work but I still can put my kids in the freezer dirty Pool They said they have a Fire pit which didn't work either 😞😞 My daughter's 16th birthday was ruin

Cold breakfast could be fresher. Had to pay for hot breakfast, comparable places include hot and cold breakfast.

The rooms were spacious

We were put in a room where there was construction going on over our heads. After 8 they were still working when we were told that the would stop by 7, we were awakened the next morning at 7, by that construction. We could hear them as if they were in the room with us. We called the desk about the construction and we had to ask to change rooms we were not asked if we wanted to move. When we got the key, twice we had to go to the desk to get the keys programmed we could not access our room while sitting in the hall with all of our items. This was unsatisfactory and we're not even offered a discount for our inconvenience. I've stayed before and enjoyed the stay. After this experience I will think twice before booking

My daughter ate the breakfast and liked it. I had a glass of wine at the bar Kitchen and bar staff were soooo nice.

The facilities are not impressive and you know that. The pool Looked so disgusting- I wouldn’t get in it if you paid me. The fitness center is so sub par. Please improve it and always make sure there are towels. Elevators are molasses compared to others. Once your rooms are remodeled I think things will be better.

Room was clean, staff was nice, and the indoor pool.

Every floor the ice machines weren't working. The 4th floor was a construction zone. The elevator wasn't too clean.
