Easy to find and staff was friendly. Second room I had to get was quiet so I could sleep. Views over the lake were nice.
Weird smells. And someone was chain-smoking weed in their bathroom that filtered through into mine and was horrible. Hotel moved me to another room for my week-long stay. Second room was better but still smelled like cooked quinoa? Parking lot and road to the place was full of potholes and I wasn’t overly confident about the security for my vehicle.

The Hotel was very clean. Loved that it didn't smell like smoke. Loved that they were very accommodating towards my fur babies. The staff was friendly, especially Ms. Kiki. She was very informative and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns in a very professional fashion. Thank you 😊
We will definitely be back to stay when we're in town.
The exterior didn't look too pleasing, but do not judge a book by it's cover, the inside of it looked very modern and VERY CLEAN!

The price wasn't to much because it was a event in town. The breakfast wasn't to bad

it’s smells clean, the rooms were clean and if anything was wrong they came promptly to address any issue.. the door lock was a issue on this room visit,
the door wasn’t secure made it difficult to leave and feel like stuff was safe

Everything was good but the beds were small and uncomfortable. And the shower was very tiny. Also ice machine broke on our floor. But overall it was good.

Bed was nice. Bathroom was clean. Quiet nights sleep.
Pillows could be better. Surprised there wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

My room had all the amenities I needed, plenty of space, and didn't feel or look dirty at all. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and parking was easy. The towels were surprisingly soft!
Property does not respond to messages through booking.com, but this wasn't a serious problem. Mattress was a little more broken-in than I'd like, with a bit of a "peak" in the middle I kept rolling down from, but I slept fine and didn't wake up with any discomfort from it.

Jacuzzi, hot tub need steps going in and out. I damage my leg really bad without steps. Big bruise (((

most everything. as soon as we checked in, my wife tried to take shower. drain was plugged. phone was not working. I went to front desk to get drain cleared. no one was available to help. next day I went to front desk and clerk came to my room and helped. phone never worked entire stay.
