The clerk at the desk noticed that I had reserved a room through Booking and then proceeded to put me in a room that was in Building 3 - Very very far away from the lobby. I told them that it was too dangerous for me a woman-alone to be so far away. They did upgrade me but I had to pay an extra $15!!

Desk clerk during checking in was phenomenal. I was upgraded with parking and was advised to have dinner and dancing.

After, getting ready for dinner and dancing security (chubby in size) was rude and gave me his back while sitting down on still reporting no more entry into the club. His tone was also not called for. What would have happened if I was from the cooperate office on a surprise visit? There was plenty enough space and was clearly not at capacity. His lack of respect and professionalism was clearly not warranted or appreciated. As a representative of the doubletree hotel he should not be one, as he shows that he does not care much about his job or the patrons you all serve.

Great location to convention center. Rooms clean and nice.

Room was a little noisy . People at 3a talking in the parking lot and woke us up. Hall noise from other guest shutting doors to their room. So it was noisy.

ive come here twice. its convenient and close to the shuttles i need to take for the events i attend. staff is great and i love the breakfast!!!

Very clean . Nice lobby. Noisy! Lost 2 nights sleep due to noise outside ( parking lot) and inside the hotel area. Can hear other peoples doors opening and closing and water running. Building 3 far from lobby and difficult for elderly to walk distance . Great location to airport and convention center .

Rooms were modern and clean, grounds were clean and pool area was very nice. Fully equipped gym and lots of things to do right on site. Check in staff were very kind and welcoming with warm cookies.

Front desk didn’t respond well to calls for towels or housekeeping. I went to the front desk to get room supplies myself and they told me to go back to my room and someone would be up. Understaffed and frustrated. Understandable
