Rudeness of the staff. My reservation was not correct . I didn’t get the room I requested. The reservation was in the wrong name. The entire hotel needs to be renovated. The breakfast area not clean . Ants on the buffet area. Tables were not clean in the breakfast area. They charged us to park our car.

Tub only had about half a foot of flat space the rest of the tub was curved up. Made it hard to stand stable in the tub. Tub didn’t drain well and some of the fixtures in the tub were worn and broken off. AC unit made an off and on rattling sound when running.

Friendly staff, nice room.

Breakfast was not great. Omelets were not good, turkey sausage sucked.

Utility work done during night right under my room. Ants in bathroom. Towel rack fell off when trying to place towel on rack. Lobby smelled odd..like raw water or something

Terrible, I arrived with my family 1:30 in the tired, the front door was locked, the place is dusty the floors are not clean, hallways have a bad like old mold, the lady in front desk was working lazy much she could be, the bed have a sink hole in , center, when a book it was breakfast included on the price, but when I went downstairs I was told that is not breakfast…

The place is poorly maintained. The pool has been out of service for months, the shower curtain in the room was loose so the curtain would not stay shut. The carpeting is old and worn out, the coffee maker did not work, the remote did not work, there are large open gaps in the door, the breakfast was not good.

The staff are friendly

The internet signal was very weak. Could not do work at all.

Pool was green and closed for the stay. Lobby smelled terrible. AC in room was loud. Pics on website do not reflect how rooms look. Bathtub plumbing/drain probably hasn’t been serviced since the place opened. We only stayed because I didn’t want to lose $180 for cancellation fee. I mistaken booked the hotel 5 mins earlier as we ate lunch next door. I should have done my due diligence.
