Front desk service is awful and they dare to put a question mark on my name so I can't stay there until it's "resolved" because the 1st shift front desk lady is not professional.

It was close to the highways and shopping areas
The neighborhood was shady. The room didn’t have a fridge of microwave. The toilet seat was broken

everything about the place, parking lot inside, and the unfriendly staff. Worst hotel in the whole DC Area. They don't know how to service their Customers, except the local Junkies, addicts are everywhere in the lobby Parking lot all asking you drugs and money. Staff just ignore you and accommodate them more than the travelers. My car was broken twice as well. I recommend anyone not to book this hotel cause you will see a place from hell on Earth.

For the most part it was clean.
The refrigerator didn't work properly (turned all the was up it barely kept anything slightly cool), there was no complimentary shampoo or conditioner, it took a very long time to get hot water, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the fake wood linoleum was bubbling (No carpet), only a sheet and thin blanket on the bed, no extra blankets, the heater was abysmal, no drawers at all, and there were ROACHES!

Weed smell as soon as you walk in. I booked online so it would have taken days for a refund so we stayed on a non smoking floor that still smelled bad in the hallway

Nothing about this hotel was good. The beds are horrible worse than any hotel bed I’ve slept on and they were super gross and stained. The staff was even worse when it came to asking for things. We wanted 2 extra pillows and they told us multiple times over 2 days they would bring them up or they were in the wash and the last night they told us they didn’t have extra pillows. Half the hallways in the hotel is under construction on each floor. You can barely even clean yourself in the showers because of how crappy the water pressure is.

I'd requested for 4 extra pillows but they lady at the front desk said we can only give you two, I said ok but we never received any pillow. I have back problems so I'm not having about it
