The ease of check in and check out. The staff that we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom sink was backed up and not draining properly. The view of the parking lot was not a beautiful view. The decor looked like an IKEA SHOWROOM. Very boxy feeling and not warm and friendly.

Good hotel. Updated. Nice value for sure!!!

The location and the interior esthetic design. The view of the slopes from my window and the amazing breakfast choices were stellar.

I liked the remodel and the beautiful pool and hot tub. The television and shower were also great.

The front desk staff and Housekeeping manager. A pleasant stay was marred by the rude and contemptuous way I was treated when asking for assistance. When I checked in I asked for housekeeping every day of my stay. I was told this would be mo problem. The next day the maids skipped my room. When I asked what happened the front desk person (node ring) was defensive and said I never asked (but I did). Turns out I was right bit all the staff was “too busy” because of a large group. I took out my trash myself and they left two new towels and one trash bag for more when I returned. The next morning I wanted to make sure I got turn down service. I explained that my room was not cleaned the day before. The morning front desk person (dark hair) didn’t let me finish and snapped: “You have to ask every day or it won’t get done!” She was openly nasty rolling her eyes and sighing loudly. The housekeeping director/manager was also there and equally rude. He informed me that IF my room (109) was on his “board” then they would clean it. Both were so defensive and nasty. I have honestly never experienced such surliness and entitlement in staff at a Marriott before. Yes, I pay for the room and amenities but I also pay for the brand and courtesy. I worked in hospitality for 10 years and would never dream of treating guests the way I was treated. Very disappointed by my experience with this hotel.

Everything about the facility and the room. Very nice, clean, modern, and comfortable.

Atmosphere was a little uppity for my liking, but still very good. Wife didn't like the pillows, but I did.

Breakfast was delicious, lots of food and options and I really enjoyed it.

Other options than scrambled for eggs would have been nice
