good location quiet breakfast was good lots of parking

poor water pressure one elevator was on its last legs

I was stuck in the airport and never was able to stay at this Hotel. The Hotel Attendant was very grumpy and not accommodating or understanding at all! Basically I paid for a room I never stayed in and was treated horribly for not being able to call in because of being held up at the airport!

Customer Service Was Awful!

The beds were comfortable. That's absolutely all I liked about this place.

It smelled awful, was old, dirty, stained/burnt carpets, broken bathroom door, sink barely drained, leaking toilet, staff was mediocre at best when they would actually look up at you. I used to swear by Holiday Inn Express and Suotes. No longer.

The breakfast is very monotonous, it is always too late to replenish the food, and the guests have to wait

The beds were a bit hard but other than that everything else was perfect

Breakfast was satisfactory, and much to my surprise a decent variety.

Soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty, not enough towels for 4 people which I had reserved from the first. Needed to contact the front desk each time to have coffee supplies and garbage bags were not replaced.

Front receptionist was very kind and helpful

Room not cleaned

I booked this hotel on reviews that I had read. I wanted something close to the airport as we were arriving late, a 24hr front desk, and a continental breakfast . The surrounding area of the hotel was clean and felt safe. The hotel itself was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. A little stuffy when we arrived but nothing the cool air didnt fix in a short time. Due to arriving late, we slept through the breakfast so I can not report on that. Our stay was short less than 12hrs but I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was okay for a buffet but had clearly been on the serving counter for a while. Airport location was ideal for a changeover and connecting flight

We arrived quite late after a delayed flight so were hungry and tired. Snacks and soft drinks were available but could something more substantial be offered……a very minor criticism

Coutesy bus from the airport did not arrive after 40 minute wait. Had to pay for a taxi Got a microwave meal for my evening fare, but no utensils other than a spoon available to eat it. Breakfast very limited and some items cold Courtesy bus only hourly so inconvenient for flight times
