Location is great with accessibility to all places.
Easy commute to airport by bus.only cost 4$ with bus .place is super clean and comfortable Great size room with fridge and microwave.
Room cleaning everyday.super clean bathroom.
Staffs are not friendly at all.They even don't welcome you at check in. Check out time is 11am . I asked for 30 minutes extension and they refused! She's name was Kaithe.Supper tense person.

They had a ice machine on our floor. Morning staff was wonderful they was very attentive and willing to help any way how. It is so close to Niagara falls we didn't need to drive anywhere! They have a laundry room which was neat! They had small fridge with s Keurig coffee maker! They a laundry room in the facilities.
The hotels is not a five star hotel and if your going to be nit picking about everything don't come here! Hallways rugs are dirty is evident. Night staff lady looked bothered with everything. The tub filled up when we showered but we made it work! They have many flaws but i was only their to sleep and have fun in the surrounding area! They charge security deposit which it never says that on the site. You have to go downstairs to microwave stuff.

I liked everything about this hotel and it is very closest to the Niagara Falls parks and other sight seeing areas and nearby lot of eatery places are also available.
They do have a complimentary coffee machine in the ground floor and free home made cookies were excellent.

The cleaning staff left my door unlocked and open. I don't know how long it had been open while I was out for 9 hours. It was only a miracle that nothing seemed to have been stolen.
I was absolutely furious, especially since it was the day before the total solar eclipse and they had increased the price by more than $1000/night.

I liked that it was walking distance from Niagra Falls.
The elevator smelled like pesticides, but I guess it's better than seeing bugs.
I stayed on the 4th floor, which had a bad smell.
The bathroom shower dripped Alll day & night. Which was very annoying at night.

Money did not match the hotel facilities and staff and deliverables. Only feel they are pricey just close by or say walking distance for the scenic point

Elevators were only 2 in the whole building, causing a lot of delay for the people to wait in que for their turns.

Location was good.
Thought it was overpriced for an old must hotel. The bedroom sheets had stains. The room looked old and dingy. We were not offered a complementary breakfast. The window view was of an adjacent building, which was kind of creepy. We were charged for to park in the hotel parking lot, we were staying in. That was new for me.
