The room was very clean
My room was next to a meeting room and my room was barricaded by hot boxes for 45 minutes to an hour. I bought the room that said breakfast included with 3 people and was told breakfast included 2 not 3 and had to pay 15 dollars for my 3rd person to eat. Had dinner at the rail and the waitstaff lost my credit card.

Staff were very friendly. We were able to get rooms next to eachother. Overall it was a good experience
The bathrooms were we little dirty and there was a dirt mark on our comforter.

It needs a makeover.14.95 breakfast is a joke. pretty pricey night for as old as it is.

The room wasn’t clean. Stains on the pillow cases. Giant hairball on floor of bathroom. Sink had chips and cracks. Shower wasn’t clean. It wasn’t vacuumed.

the television only got 7 channels and they went in and out. I understand there was a small storm but it shouldn’t have been enough to block channels. for a high scale hotel, having more than 7 channels available is a small detail but very important and can ruin someone’s stay

We loved the view from our floor and being surrounded by so many things to see and do.

location was great! Staff was were helpful and friendly.
That the coffee pot had slimy water it had not been changed in months.
