Wish the bar was open

The staff was very nice.

They are understaffed. Big time. I was told the restaurant was going to be opened for the weekend just no room service. Ok. But they were not. My mother payed $17 for a martini with well Vodka. No microwave. In the discription they Said there was one.

there were a lot ants in the room that we stayed.told the front end about it but never get a fed back.they said their maneger would call us back about it ,but did not happen!

if there is thousand of ants in a room,you better find out right way.

Dirty room

Bed was not the most comfortable.

i had a group of men partying by the pool which was right below my second floor window until almost midnight. i had an early meeting for work and couldn’t sleep at all until I called and finally complained

I wanted to stay in the tower part of the hotel not the cheap part. I would of paid more if I had to

Breakfast was great.Location is excellent! And, it’s close to shopping shall I say there’s Union Landing for shopping or activities like the movies you can almost get anything there . And, your staff are professional and very friendly! Even the housekeepers are helpful and very clean rooms so of course I will be back. BRAVO!!’👍PS The pool was great too.
