location of the hotel is good. we took a room that was slightly beach facing. Overall it was a good experience. Cosy bathroom, nice supplies and cosy room. High priced a bit but it is okay on the location and ease they give.

Check in is 3 and check out at 11. Where does one put their luggage for a day trip? You have no place to go. idk either it should be 24 hrs chk in chk out or something longer so that atleast a person can enjoy a full day there.

Good location. Room was large. Right on the beach. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is old and badly in need of repair and paint. Restaurant wasn't open. Bar wasn't open when they said it would be. Indoor pool was cloudy, spa wasn't working. No continental breakfast and we didn't want to pay the price they wanted for the breakfast buffet. Traffic noise was bad. No way to open the door to the balcony.

Well I've been to this hotel before and you really get your moneys worth. The location is beautiful and the restaurants near by are good. The lights went out at the hotel and thankfully the staff helped me the best they could to get a room as quickly and conveniently as possible. I wasn't even mad when the lights went out. I was just concerned about getting a room because of my baby. It took some time but they eventually got me a room. The staff is very nice. Great job!

Its not the hotels fault but more of a city thing with a lot of homeless people around and the streets are not the best.

The beach was very nice. The location is awesome. We could sit on the balcony and watch the seagulls and waves. We walked our dog down to the park that is very close. The park has a great walkway, children's playground, dog park, and view of the marina and beach.

The hotel is an older one with older fixtures. We had no hot water. They came to fix it and it became lukewarm. The room temperature was hard to regulate. It was either freezing cold with no humidity or a nice temperature with humidity that made everything damp.

They don't help in helping in your needs ... waited for 4hour for pool to warm ... it's very freezing pool. I came from Houston. To this hotel just a swimming pool I spoke to them when I came in and inform of the pool Temperature was freezing ... they keep saying it working When pool was not working at all SINCE THE BEGANING ... my TIME AND MONEY was wasting here for NOTHING . THEY DONT CARE. PULSE NO REFUND WAS GIVEN... I WANT TO MOVE TO ANOTHER HOTEL. BUT ITS WAS VERY LATE FOR ME TO MOVE ... NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANY ONE ..WITH CHILDREN. MY BE MISTAKE TO BRING MY BABY DAUGHTER HERE FOR HER BIRTHDAY. BECUASE SHE HAD SAID THIS WAS HER FOVARITE SWIMMING POOL.... WASTING TIME HERE NOT WORTH IT...FOR FAMILY. 😒

The front young lady lie to me that the manager was not there at the moment.....that she was in a different department. We ask her to call her now and she was there in 14 seconds .. And assisting with our needs pulse THEY need a bilingual person . Swimming pool was not working at all.

Cleanliness was poor dog poop in hall way when we got to room floor . I had to search another floor for baggage cart . Staff wouldnt get it . Dog food on desk in room . Dirty towel left in bathroom floor. Used soaps in shower. dirty bed sheets with fresh stains never changed out .on beds

Facility needed repairs and upgrades. Toilet kept running. Thermostat did not work (very cold), shower tub retained water between tub and sub floor. As you shifted weight in the tub, you could feel through the flex of the fiberglass bottom and hear the squishing of water. Potential mold problems.

I like the entertainment area. The pool was a good size. It has games and pool tables as well. The staff was great. The room size was good for the value.

The hallways ambiance was old looking and not very appealing. It smelled like a lot of humidity in the hallways.

Beach and indoor pool

When we arrived on Sunday jacuzzi was hot but the next couple days it wasn't. We let the employee know and he said the temp was the highest it would go which wasn't true since Thursday night it was hot again. Also didn't like that kids were told they couldn't play with balls in pool yet the sign didn't state they couldn't. Employee kept getting after the kids and then had a printed sign put up.
