loved the room very clean and had all essentials.
It was a bit confusing to find the check in bc it’s a small desk and something that I didn’t know was that valet parking is included with your resort fee!!

very spacious and clean.
I called twice for an ironing board and it never arrived.

Beds were comfortable.
One of the bathroom doors came completely off of its hinges. It took a little bit for maintenance to come and fix it. Not a good idea to have sliding doors for a bathroom door. There is always a little gap so you don’t have complete privacy.

Valet Service, Bed
Room Cleaning, Front Desk, Not enough Staff to run facility properly and the smell of cigarettes at every floor. Poor Vents, No hot water at times.

The room was spacious, Bank's diner was convenient and the ease of upgrades is appreciated. The front desk was very friendly. Johnny was very accommodating and assisted us with everything we needed.

I like the amenities
I didn’t like the casino I was expecting slot machines . I didn’t like the fact that the phone system was not working so I could not do room service. recommend that each room have a microwave and a refrigerator.
