Great location. Perfect for my work trip.

Full breakfast; good hours. Good parking. Decent gym. Fast elevators. Safe area. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
The swimming pool was decent size, but the water was not suitable to swim in.

No sign or markings at all on the Hotel, which caused us to be lost for more than 1 hour.
They lost our booking for the second room, were full for "graduations", and we had nothing available except sleep on the floor!

Only one complaint, had a King size bed and the mattress sagged quite a bit in the middle.

The Webb site stated that a pet could be charged if so it would be $20 They charged me $30 and were very belligerent about when I explained that there Webb site says $20. They said your choice to stay and pay $30 pet fee that’s they say has always been in place or I could leave. I stayed! In they morning I went to the front desk and asked for the manager to explain to him about the difference in price but the clerk said he was not in and wanted to know what I wanted. I tried to explain to her about the price difference and that someone needed to correct the Webb site, all she wanted to do was argue with me and said it wasn’t there fault I tried to explain to her it needed to be corrected and she just tried to argue that it wasn’t there fault. Very poor customer service and I will never grace the facility again.

Room was clean and the hotel is at a relatively quiet place. The breakfast was standard, but satisfactory. Also despite the late hours it was always replenished. WiFi worked without problem.

It was clean.
The faucet to the shower did not work so we were unable to use it. Had to wash our hair in the bathroom sink. When I told the worker at checkout, she argued with me and all of my guests that the shower DID work. When we asked her to come up to the room and show us, she refused. She offered no discount or no apology. She was VERY RUDE! I will not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Because hotel was super booked for graduations we got a room by exit in hall could be noisy at times but hey we were able to get a room!!!

The staff were great! The Room and beds were very comfortable. The Breakfasts were fantastic! Having a small fridge and the iron and ironing board in the room was great! Thank you so much! We will definitely be looking to stay with Best Western Plus again in the future!

I would have this rated a little lower than ot was listed. It was fine but just everything was older and more worn than I expected.
