Excellent service, very comfortable, very clean. the best thing is the pool inside the hotel

Not much to say the questionnaire covered it the place has undergone a change of hands and has made some improvement. Hired more staff though there are a few that are not so good at their job. But my favorite person Andrea is back at front counter. Always smiles and says hello and knows her guests which helps a lot as I am a regular I stay usually twice a month.

Their maintenance department could use a hand there are some issues. Like I said I stay twice a month so I've been in several different rooms in this place probably more than the average person and 9 out of 10 of the rooms that I've stayed in there's something wrong with the shower head there's problems with toilets and almost every door to every room sticks to the point where you have to force your way in with even with your key you have to give it a good shove so the only thing I don't like about the place is the maintenance needs to be kept up a little bit better and one time I was there shower head felt completely off had to go to the front desk and get a new one

Room wasn't bad. rusty's across the street was the highlight! Dryer was free that was cool first floor smelled so good. The dove products!

The staff doesn't greet anyone as they come in, the pool door is left open at night where someone can come in at anytime and staff wouldn't know. First floor smelled great none of the other floors did had to by air freshener. Employee was asleep at front desk. You are rushed out by 9 from staff for breakfast. 1st day no one greeted us as we stood at desk standing there for a good 5 mins and im sure there were 2 managers never greeted. Too busy talking. There was an argument in the back were all guest could hear. Hot tub didn't work pool was dirty. Fridge wasn't very cold.

The main reason the score was lower was because the elevator was out the 2 nights we were there. So if you have any handicap issues at all, be sure to insist on ground floor room. Room was perfectly clean. Beds very comfy. Linens crisp and clean. Overall shape of inside hotel could use a refurbishing. But Staff was very kind and excellent. And our experience was very good, minus the lack of elevator.

It served it’s purpose. The elevator was broken the entire time . It is what it is

Elevator broken , rocks keeping side doors open , dog feces all over the outside of the side doors . Rugs stained , stairway due to elevator broken smelled , everytime I stepped outside there was a rock holding the door open ( I have pictures of the sign on the elevator) .
