All staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A bit outdated decor. Would suggest someplace for luggage. Maybe a Keurig instead of a drip coffee maker.

Just a little outdated. The bathroom was pretty tight. Need an ice machine available. Only had the ice from the coke machine available. How about Stevia for coffee!

The rooms had a feel of luxury to them. Clean. Full size fridge. I hope to come back!

The bed was very hard. Floor in the bathroom was dirty.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Check-in was quick and easy. Excellent location to local shops and eateries.

I'm a person with color to my skin and noticed that the front desk staff offered more information about the facilities offered by the establishment to the more fair skinned individuals that preceded and followed me. Actually, I was just given check-out time.

it was very nice and clean. My kids liked the pool are as well very clean and fun. The room was nice and warm all night, very quiet and it smelled really good.

The only thing was the wait for a dryer in the laundry room because one dryer was not working..

The pool was a good temperature and well maintained

Breakfast area was clean and fairly well stocked. It's in a nice area off of the lobby with a fireplace.

I did have to ask for the whipped cream for my waffles this time.. she just forgot to put it out or it had been used up. The soft drink machine needs help. On both visits the carbonation/syrup was low.

Staff was very accommodating and respectful. Breakfast was excellent, we almost thought we were back at home. Location was safe and near our desired destination. We will definitely be staying here on our future trips.

We didn’t like that we didn’t have enough time off of work to stay longer.

Absolutely everything was perfect. From social meal nights mon - wed, amazing hot buffet breakfast with daily variations, spotless suites with cooking facilities, fully stocked guest pantry and complimentary laundry facilities. Everything was included in the room rate. Highly trained, friendly staff from housekeeping all the way up to desk clerks and management. They could not do enough for us to ensure our stay was perfect. There was also an outdoor lounge room with fire place, an enclosed large garden patio complete with gazebo and barbecues (again, spotlessly clean), full gymnasium and indoor pool plus free office printing etc and a small guest library. All the little things were well thought out and provided. definitely somewhere I will be making a bee line to next time I’m in the US. PERFECTION
