The jacuzzi tub was fantastic.

No breakfast

I did not . some of the staff were rude , roaches were in the bathroom . I made staff aware and they acted as if it wasn’t a big deal . I had to practically beg for a room change .

There was no breakfast or coffee, the bathroom was small there was only one trash can. And the door of the refrigerator was hard to open not to mention it barely worked even turning it on high.

Bed,bathroom and breakfast the pool area was closed.

The staff was great, nice and friendly. The beds were comfortable.

I was very unhappy when i walked in. Windows were dirty the first impression was do we go somewhere else, was not inviting at all. The cleanliness of the room was very, very disappointing i had to Sanitize and Clean my room myself. There was a plate of food left in the fridge and the microwave, there was hair on the shower walls and greasy fingerprints on all the desks and remote, and tv. I was not thinking i would be sanitizing a room, on a day that i was there for my Aunts Funeral. will not be returning to this hotel. all of this was reported to staff.

The location.

The Bathrooms were disgusting, showers need to be replaced. We were actually moved to a different room because the one upstairs did not drain..Uh, we also didn’t like the blood stain in the carpet, again upstairs. While we’re on the topic of carpets those could be replaced too, The carpets were nasty. listen lol. The place could be redone, the big time company guy who owns the hotel or at least is over it, whom was speaking to the cops while we were there. He looked wealthy his car said so and his trendy trench coat. There was a domestic dispute on the property if you were wondering why the rich owner guy was there and the cops. The elevator gives me OCD and I don’t even have that?? It reeks of smoke. It’s like one of those run down Indian hotels for eighty dollars a night.

I was impressed with the room size and the decor. The mirror next to the bed made the room feel much larger and comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful with she could help with.

The bathroom was not clean. The bathtub had hair around the drain. The floor was filthy but it wasn't noticeable until I wiped the floor with a towel once I got out of the shower and it was literally black. One of the towels hanging had make up on the backside of it. The carpet was also dirty and had visible trash on the floor upon entering. I took my shoe off to put slippers on and placed my foot on the floor and had to dust chips and sand off of my foot before putting my slipper on. Both night stands had clear sticky liquid that got onto my leather laptop cover and I have no idea how to get it off without ruining it. Never had that happen in a hotel before so I wasn't expecting to have to be mindful of that at all. I cleaned the room myself because the person at the desk said there was nothing that could be done tonight but she could let the House Keeping Manager know so that my next visit will be more easily appreciated. I left the room cleaner than it was for me so besides the floor the manager won't see what I described.
