Location ok. The faucet in bathroom was broken.
We had ro move to another room since the TV was broken.
Nothing to be exact I would have stayed at Hilton for the same price and it was exellet.

Location and ease of access. Staff at front desk were always friendly and helpful.
Carpets are FILTHY.
The AC unit in our room (234) sounded like a freight train--it was so loud.
We requested housekeeping for the 3rd day of our visit but never got any.
We constantly had to ask for supplies -- tissues, towels (there were only 2 for 3 people!), cups.

The mattresses were comfortable nice pool
I paid the price on here when arriving to the property was ask to pay more or they would cancel my reservation. Reservation was for a king bed and my room was "given to someone else". Have attempted to reach out to manager of property via booking and calls to hotel with no luck. Air conditioning kept shutting off wouldn't stay running. All over would give them a 2.5 star 🌟

location was great. second time staying there. I booked a different hotel but didn’t stay there because it smelled and was dirty. I got lucky and got a room at holiday inn

Darin at the front desk was very efficient. Congratulations on having people like him. He deserves a salary increase.

Didn’t have breakfast
Remote for tv was broken. Couldn’t watch tv. I asked for a new one and they didn’t have one. Room smelled moldy.

Kathy who works the breakfasts is so nice! beds are comfortable
I was on the first floor by an exit. people going in and out starting at 7AM was awful. listening to a slamming door constantly is no way to enjoy a hotel stay!

Arrived 7:30-8:00, and room was not ready. Had to wait approximately 30 minutes!

The woman at the front desk was kind.
My room was okay, but the bed was disgusting. There were hairs on the pillows and in the sheets. There was a large stain on the flat sheet and hairs in the mattress pad and mattress. I waited three hours to have them remake my bed and they couldn't accommodate my request. I did not stay and have requested a refund.

There was not a breakfast
one of our rooms was not reserved and I had to pay for an additional reservation. I used Booking.com, and now I have to go through booking.com for a refund. Very frustrating.

i was charged a ridiculous amount of 300 some dollars for an overnight stay .
this location needs major renovations
