The room was clean with no lingering odors and the beds were firm enough for not just my bad back, but for my dad's sciatic pain as well.
We stayed for only one night.

The food was good and kitchen staff was delightful and friendly.
Lack of construction quality in bathrooms regarding finished details of drywall, trim, and caulking, was a little disturbing. Thin walls and lack of noise cancelling construction, made it at times difficult to sleep.

i had an issue with another guest with EXTREME noise and after the front desk apologized and said a refund would happen Im still waiting and now the manager wont call back. If I wanted to stay at Motel 6 i would have….I chose the Hampton because it normally is a great experience. However the lack of communication with management and STILL waiting for my refund is not sitting well with me. The lack of leadership and getting this handled is completely unacceptable.

The hotel rooms are good and what you would expect from a Hampton Inn.
This hotel and the city of Pueblo have a very serious crime problem. The hotel parking lot has no security personnel or cameras and thrives know it. My truck, trailer and race car were stolen from the parking lot. Staff seemed shocked, but I found out later that it is pretty common. I know of at least one other car that was broken into the night after my vehicles were stolen. Two nights with sr least two vehicles broken into. my advice would be to stay away from the Hampton Inn in Pueblo, CO.
