Friendly and helpful staff

Room noise

The location was great, staff was friendly, they had a mini store where you could purchas drinks, snacks and refreshments which was great (Just be prepared to spend money), the breakfast had to be paid for but was worth the $12/person. We stayed three days and we loved it.

The only complaint is the water shower pressure was horrible.

Breakfast buffet was amazing! Staff was always super nice, friendly and helpful.

Wish the bathrooms in the rooms had exhaust fans. Also, having the refrigerators in a closed cabinet doesn't work well, the inside of the cabinet gets too hot making it hard for the fridge to keep up. We chose to keep the cabinet door open to let it breathe and all our drinks froze because the fridge was turned all the way up (to try an keep up in an enclosed cabinet), but with the door open it didn't have to work as hard.

We paid for breakfast when we booked the room and when we went to get breakfast they were going to charge us. They said we should have had snacks in our room but we were not aware these were selected for us. The hotel was noisy.

when we checked in, the man at the front desk was rude. i told him we were supposed to have breakfast included he said absolutely not, everyone pays for breakfast. My wife went in and said she paid extra to have breakfast included He said it was a different code, but when we came for breakfast, the hostess said she didn't have our room down as paid

Hospitality. Front desk was rude Did not even greet us upon arriving. Then the breakfast deal mentioned before. The ceilings were stained in the bedroom and bathroom. There was blood on the stool.

Really nice decor from entry to your room. All associates we came in contact were wonderful. The breakfast cafe was wonderful, well worth the price. The Chef and ladies there were awesome, very personable and attentive. Very convienently located, many great places to eat close by.
