The pillows

The room was dusty. The ceiling fan, all the lamps and night stands had dust on them. I had to wash them off myself with my personal lysol wipes. I didn't like the fact that house cleaning only came to clean the room every 3 days.

The customer service was amazing! Check in was fast and friendly.

So our room was infested with ladybugs living and dead! I brought it to the front desk during checkout. I explained how I understood that staffing was short but I felt as if the cleaning staff overlooked this major issue. She d Gave me the information to contact the GM which I did and I still haven't received a call or email back. I also called the location and still no help.

morning staff, told they would provide towels but never did during a 5 night stay, broken stove top-never resolved, light bulbs not working, dirty and stained carpets throughout the hotel-in the suite. elevator smelled horrible.

There needs to be a system in place at all levels, not just at the hotel but also at the site provider, for cancellations due to medical emergency to be fully refunded, including the first night stay.

Hotel was very nice. Great room and amenities and a convenient location to most everything. Overpriced.

The breakfast was subpar. The food was cold and not much variety. Have had much better breakfast at a much cheaper hotel. The food needs to be kept hot. Very disappointed.

The hotel was roomy and clean and very quiet.

The rate was a bit high but okay value.

Close to the airport, convenient to all shopping, beach & other places we wanted to visit.

Our room was next to the basketball court. People playing basketball & kids screaming in the pool were allowed to stay until 10 pm. Also the dishwasher in our room had standing water in it so we didn’t use it. We also found a needle & syringe in one of the drawers.
