Clean. Although the fitness center was tiny I was luckily the only one in it and it had everything I needed for a good strength training workout.

Keys were tricky and had to try multiple times. We were on first floor and the people above us were LOUD late into the night. Breakfast was seriously lacking.

Nearby to my home. We stayed there as a result of emergency repairs being done to the house.

Door keys worked once. maybe. If you were lucky. Had to get the door keys reprogrammed multiple times per day. Doors to get in to the building after hours almost never worked. Reauired a trip to the main entrance almost every time. Told the staff and all they offered to do was reprogram the key again. No, the keys are not the problem. The door reader batteries are dead. Highly inconvenienced by the door keys. Wasn’t just me. All guests had the same problem. Hot Breakfast items were cold or barely warm. One of the two rooms smelled like rotten fish when first entering. Gave me a headache. Told staff and all they said was sorry. Staff was friendly and polite, but really didn’t seem to care about guest issues.

The complimentary breakfast was solid. Just enough of each different option so that everyone could find something they liked. The coffee was surprisingly good. The breakfast eating area was spacious with a nice high ceiling. There were nice sports and excercise facilities, with an exercise room, pool, and what looked like a pickleball court (I don't play).

The building layout was a little odd, with a spiral design, such that if you want to stay inside, you might be like us and have to loop around the whole building to get to your room. If you don't mind going outside, it is easy to complete the loop and not have to backtrack the whole hotel. The shower was clean, but had some evidence of mildew which drew the eye.

The hotel was clean, staff was nice, and breakfast was good.

The sleeper sofa was terrible and had no sheets or pillows. I went to the desk to ask for pillows, sheets, and a blanket for the bed and was only given sheets and pillows. They said they would bring a blanket. They never did, and never answered the phone at the front desk. Thank God it was only 1 night.

Spacious & clean room

One of the covers on the bed was a mattress pad. From the moment we entered the 2nd floor after check in until the time we checked out the next morning the section of the floor reaped of marijuana. Breakfast was subpar.

The room and food was awesome we loved every bit of it the staff was nice me and my wife have been going there for years and we love it every time

Missing phone chargers in bedroom, we were sent to a room that was half cleaned with garbage on the table and sheets off the bed so we went to the front desk to get a different room. The breakfast area was lacking staff attention, coffee not ready in the am, had to wait for food, garbage overflowing

The room was unclean and smelt like a dog, the extra blanket in the room was extremely old and piling, when checking in the host was checking in two people at the same time, I asked for a room not on the first floor and he gave me a room on the first floor. The breakfast food looked old and there was no waffle maker, the staff seemed unhappy.

Concierge (Eric) is great. Friendly, professional, very on top of things.

on Saturday night there was no parking. Luckily Eric actually came out while we were driving around the lot and helped us find a pace we could park.

Location was perfect distance from venue, Bethlehem Christmas Activities.

Room was on other side of building. Key did not work. Had to go back for new key as front desk too busy to bring one. Was a hike. Entering room saw bed looked rumpled. Went in bathroom and toilet was very full of fecal matter. Dirty diaper in trash can. Front desk gave us new room but said this has happened multiple times. That someone on staff was changing keys around and not cleaning rooms. Said they went back and flushed toilet. Sprayed room and remade bed. With the quick turnaround, it did not rassure that our room was properly cleaned or that one was for new guests. Did not give us a warm, fuzzy feeling. Two thumbs down.

How clean the room was. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly especially when we checked in early.
