I enjoyed everything

Loved our room. Was happy to have a kitchen with full size frig. The frig had an ice maker too!! The water pressure in the shower was heavenly too.

My husband's key kept erasing, he got locked out of the building Sunday morning, so he used the phone outside the enterence to call front desk and the lady wouldn't help him out. I mean, she could have asked the name the room was under and confirmed info before opening the door for him.

When it was time to leave!

Big room, separate bedroom, clean sheets, full kitchen

Bad Coffee, tea, water, bad soap, squeaky shower, uncomfortable couch/chair, leaky dishwasher, a/c control broken

The hotel was nice

Doesn't have a balcony like the other one, and soon as we got in the room we noticed the bathroom was dirty was not happy but we got moved to another room. Rooms are nice tho

Customer service

it was awful, the hotel smells like cigarettes as soon as you enter. although they say it’s a smoke free facility. Our room smelled horrible, and didn’t even look like it was cleaned , so they moved us to another from which was the same
