Safety issue with slippery bathtub was fixed by next day in a timely manner.

Mildew actively growing in shower, under sink. Only one paper towel left on roll. Bath mat was coming apart. Shower curtain too narrow for tub. Dryer filter was full of lint. Barstools were too high to use, wrong height. Poor lighting. Didn’t provide room number, had to ask. Customer services can take hours to respond. No shampoo.

They lost our CONFIRMED registration. There were no other rooms available. We had to find alternate accommodations on a weekend when every hotel room in the city was occupied.

Breakfast was good, the typical hotel spread. The location was central to the activities we had planned.

The bed was too soft so woke up with a lower backache both mornings. The pool area was closed due to previous guests turning the pool "green". The hot tub water was clear but still closed to guests. The online photos of the hot tub and pool area were the reason I selected this hotel for our getaway weekend. Overall, disappointment but still got the downtime that we needed.

Breakfast was very good and plenty of options the guys at the front where just the sweetest and the room service was excellent waited on room to get clean and the lady was so sweet thank you all
