Decided to pay the higher rate for this motel so my daughter could swim in the indoor pool. Pool closed.

The breakfast was fine but this was overshadowed by the price, the poor view and the lack of amenities.

I called ahead to make sure the pool was open. When we arrived, the pool was closed due to construction. The construction was incredibly disruptive. Nothing of this was mentioned when I called ahead or on the website. The room was fine (be aware, the lighting is all led and very bright) There was only one elevator for the whole building and you had to wait in line to use it. The price was $320 for one night. It said mountain view but the view was of the parking lot. Really disappointed in our stay. We can usually trust Holiday Inn hotels and are loyal customers but this one was a really poor example.

Pool & workout room CLOSED. Shower curtin had mold on it, floors was not cleaned good.

We loved the stay for the most part. Great staff, wonderful breakfast, and clean fresh rooms. BUT when we booked it said mountain view and indoor pool.... there was NO pool. They had it closed for renovations. As far as the mountain view- we have large dumpsters outside our window and could see construction debris and tall trees.

The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh. The air conditioner worked very well. The bathroom supplies and water pressure were great. Variety of choice for breakfast was good. Ice machine worked great.

The eggs/omelets were cold/Luke warm every day. The pool and exercise room were under repair and no discount was provided. Exhaust fan in our bathroom did not function. The staff disregarded the do not disturb sign and went in our room to clean. The bathtub faucet dripped. I had to inquiry about adding my rewards number three different times and was told it was up to the managers discretion to add it since I booked through booking.com. Lack of recycling system.
