The mattress was great. The beds were super clean and the mattresses were super clean. They were able to get us in for a last minute accommodate us last minute when the Hampton Inn next door gave our room away.

The restaurant was a little pricey for the amount of food we received but they did let us order last minute at the end of the day so I guess it was a fair trade off. There wasnt really anything else to say that was negative.

Rooms was how I asked for.

This was a no pet place and there was two large mean dog cross my rooms but they claim they were service dogs but service dogs are not aggressive like that. They would not do anything or Apologize. No pool inside the building but when booking they say they have a pool Available. Pool is an outside pool. Also breakfast was included with my booking but they still made me pay$9.50 per person for breakfast. If they want people to pay for breakfast they need to take the breakfast included off. Need to put Micwaves in the hotel rooms. We coukd not warm up foods at all. Need more than 1 bath towel in the rooms. If you know how many people are going to be in each room they should make sure their is towels for everyone.

Bed most comfortable. One bed was not made completely. Sheets were on Comfotter and pillows were heaped on a chair. Otherwise it was spiffy.

We skipped $9 breakfast. We had friends staying at Fairfield at $ 30 less. They seemed well rested too, and happy to let us know what they paid.

The location was good, Close to stores and restaurants.

There needs to be a microwave in the room, So that guests can warm up leftovers. Also, there needs to be softer toliet paper.

Location was perfect for us! Enjoyed the proximity to shopping!

Disappointed that breakfast wasn't available for both days of our stay.

I did not like the smell of stale cigarettes in the room. I changed my first room and then the second room smelled, also. Didn't like not having the coffee replaced in the morning. The dryers in both rooms did not work or the phones. Couldn't call the front desk. The windows were dirty. The elevator carpet is nasty.

Pretty much everything. Loves the balcony.

Shower had mold in grout and horrible back ache from bed.

Hotel was okay - a bit dated - expensive considering Hallway floors and lift floors all needed vacuuming … quite dirty Power went off at 7am - still not on at 8am when we left

Incredibly comfortable bed & pillows, walking distance to Wally Waffle, Barnes & Noble, Temple Israel, and many other establishments, parking, vending machines for snacks and drinks, local activity brochures, helpful staff, coffee & water set ups in lobby, outdoor swimming pool & chairs, exercise room, breakfast available & dinner restaurant on site. (but go to Wally Waffle!)

The big bowl of the sink was a bit too high for me. I couldn’t get the body lotion to squirt out. Neither of these are really important.

I am a loyal IHG member, so I always try to stay at IHG properties when traveling. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was ideal with easy access to the highway and surrounding businesses.

So as I mentioned I am a loyal IHG member and I have stayed at many Holiday Inn's across the country. This location is showing its age and could use a bit of a refresh. The hallways are dimly lit and it did not feel like the common areas were air conditioned, so as soon as you walked out of your room you were hit by the heat. Also the restaurant was not open for breakfast during the week. They offered order ahead takeout breakfasts, but I do not like to eat in my room. Still the room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. I will most likely stay here again on my next visit.

Proximity to Cuyahoga Valley NP was great, and the hotel itself was nice!
