Very clean, one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

Our only complaint was that There were only 3 bath towels, one washcloth and 1 hand towel. There needed to be more. No extra toilet tissue.

The breakfast was phenomenal. It was the only redeeming factor. Rooms are just ok.

The hotel was falling apart, and the floors felt sticky. We visited twice (out of necessity), and in both rooms, the remote didn't work in some fashion. It was also really inconvenient that the water didn't work for the first hour and a half we were there, but I don't think that's an ongoing problem (I don't know).

The staff at the front desk were awesome. Breakfast was awesome .The awesome lady in the breakfast area was great and friendly.

The housekeeper Donna gave her a 20 dollar tip to clean our room. Not only did she not clean, we returned to our room to little paper on the roll and no shampoo. I had to call the front desk. The lady that came up cleaned our floor and restocked our toilet paper and shampoo.I guess at 56, I still live in the old days that housekeeping means cleaning not just dropping off Clean towels and making a bed. Still loved the staff and the hotel.
