The kitchen area was fantastic.

The bathtub stopper was broken.

Staff was amazing and kind. Room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The only negative thing was the hot doggy smell in the room. Once you turn on the ventilation it subsided a bit

The front desk worker, Greg, was absolutely wonderful. He was so nice, attentive, and knowledgeable of the area. When we needed extra pillows and blankets, he had them to us within minutes. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room had everything you needed to make it feel like home.

The rooms curtains had an old smell almost like someone had previously smoked in the room

The quietness of the facility. The free laundry service. Several stores were in close proximity to gather necessary items for my stay.

The trash piled up in the rear entrance where I had to maneuver my companions wheelchair made the rear almost inexcessible for him.

Very convenient to the Hollywood Amphitheater. Very clean.

Location was great, very little street noise. Super easy to access Interstate and nearest expressway. Very pet friendly and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. COLD A/C was nice!

Dust everywhere!!!!!! Microwave kept running even after timer went to "0" and door closed. Kitchen chairs were worn out needed a few more utensils, especially pots and some silverware. Room needed a little TLC

nice to have kitchen facilities and microwave, toaster, and refrigerator in the room. Everything seemed clean and nice. The handicapped bathroom was very helpful and walk in shower was appreciated!

Just a little more silverware would have been nice
