The staff was kind, helpful, and polite. The breakfast had a small dining area and variety was minimal but everything tasted good.

The elevator made loud, worrisome noises and is old. The carpet throughout the hotel is stained and filthy. The room I stayed in needed a lot of upgrades. The walls were patchy, the doors needed to be close/open with force, and the furniture was either tilted/loose or needed props to stay close/open.

It was dirty, smelly, cracked walls. Cheesy security cameras that look like Walmart specials with the wires everywhere. Stains on the chairs in the rooms. Toilet wouldn’t flush, soaps were all different kinds, lotion dispenser was empty. I left a day raisins the front desk guy said they won’t refund me even though they know it’s bad. The coffee tasted burnt.

My room was very clean. It appeared to have a new microwave and coffee maker. The bed mattress looked and felt brand new as well. The breakfast area was very clean and the food was just as good as any La Quinta. All the staff was friendly and helpful with any question I had as well as day to day interactions. And even though the hotel has nothing to do with the guests, I noticed that the other patrons were pleasant and friendly too. Over all I had a very pleasant stay here. I want to add that even though it is not located in the best part of town, I never felt unsafe here. It's just kind of an industrial area next to the freeway.

All the booking sites list this hotel as having a fitness center, but it is actually closed and being used as a storage closet. I hope that can be updated on the website because it felt like false advertising. The window in my room was also missing the original blinds and in their place was a pull down roller blind that doesn't cover the whole window. It leaves a three inch gap at the bottom which made me feel like I had no privacy. It was easy to fix though, I put an extra bed pillow and the seat cushion from the easy chair in the window and Viola! Privacy. A minor issue was that there is a funky odor in some of the hallways, but the room did smell fresh and clean though. I would also suggest adding a doggy cleaning station with free poo bags, because there were a few guests with dogs and someone didn't clean up after their pet. I went to my car one morning to find a smelly pile right next to it but it seemed to get cleaned up shortly after that.

Got there got checked in went to the room and the bed had blood on it and the room wasn’t very clean. The walls were mixed paint. Nothing had been dusted in a long time. The hallway was gross. Nothing was clean

Only thing I liked about this hotel was the location of it. It was near a highway.

The hotel was so old. Nothing like the pictures. The staff was not the best. I was given the option to request a crib while booking showed up and person at desk said they don’t even have cribs ? The hotel was so old there was a hole in the restroom. Furniture was old and scratched. Was not clean.
