I felt very safe, it was very clean. The people were very nice.

I went during college move-in, so the price was doubled. That’s the one thing I didn’t like.

Location. Closer to Iowa State University. Free Parking.

However value for the price we paid was very poor. Rooms were not sizable as mentioned on website which says 450+ sqft but it was just a standard size rooms like any other hotels. Rooms were dirty and not kept well. No fan in bathroom. Carpets were not fully cleaned. Elevator was dirty most of the time. Breakfast were ordinary. Though timing for breakfast was 6:30 to 10:30, it was shutting down at 9:30ish. Overall we paid too much price for this avg property.

Breakfast was good - always a good variety, would be nice if they could share a menu online so we can plan ahead based on whats available. Pool was clean and my kids enjoyed it - had depths of 3', 4, and 5' in its deepest section with lots of towels available nearby. Room was comfy and had fridge/microwave/iron. I liked that they had actual bottles of shampoo/soap/conditioner instead of the wasteful plastic mini bottles. Plenty of towels and pillows to make the room comfy.

The beds were really high. Like my 5' mom had to have assistance to get into and out of bed with a step stool. May need to check and ask for an accessible room for anyone who is shorter or has knee/leg issues. No housekeeping services during our stay, so we just had to call the desk for anything we needed, but I don't know why they couldn't at least come to pickup trash?

newer features, very quick check in. I didn’t use it but they had great facilities for laundry which is rare and appreciated for travelers.

some hair in bathtub and water didn’t get very hot but otherwise was great facility
