Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn Arlington South. The breakfast offered a delectable spread with plenty of options. As for the location, it's conveniently situated, allowing easy access to local attractions. Highly recommend it for both comfort and convenience.

While our initial room at the Residence Inn Arlington South had an AC malfunction, the front desk was swift in addressing our concerns. We appreciated being moved to another room promptly upon request. A hiccup in our stay, but their quick resolution showed genuine care for guest comfort.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación y sus instalaciones son amplias

Mi marido y yo solíamos llegar muy seguido a los residence inn en diferentes estados, cuando nuestros hijos estaban chicos, por sus excelentes instalaciones, limpieza y servicio!! Después de varios años volví a rentar una habitación con ustedes porque fui a un curso a Arlington y me lleve una mala experiencia!! El hotel se sentía sucio desde las alfombras de los pasillos, los trastes de la cocina estaban sucios y en la despensa salió una cucaracha!! Las puertas de las entradas a las habitaciones estaban sucias en general la limpieza y el mantenimiento del hotel dejaba mucho que desear!! Cuando llegue pedí que mi habitación tuviera servicio de limpieza todos los días, y dos dias seguidos nadie la hizo y al llegar tarde y cansadas al hotel y ver que por segundo día no la habían hecho en recepción me solucionaron el problema cambiándonos de habitación a una que ya estaba lista, pero no fue cómodo tener que cambiar todo a otro cuarto y más que era tarde y estábamos agotadas!! Eso nos ovacionó de verdad un mal momento!! Cuando busque a donde llegar busque hoteles y dentro de las opciones que había por la zona donde necesitaba hospedarme, había la mayoría a mitad de precio y preferí pagar más caro pero que fuera una experiencia muy cómoda y resultó todo lo contrario!! Definitivamente no hubo relación de lo que recibí con el precio que pague!! La señorita de recepción que fue muy amable hablo con el manager y nos descontaron 100 dólares de la cuenta pero la verdad el mal rato ya lo pasamos!! Ojalá y cuiden las instalaciones porque es un buen lugar donde llegar pero así ya no volvería gracias!!

When we arrived in our room the television had no signal and I called the front desk and they said they would send someone & no one came for over an hour therefore I called again and someone finally came. There was a leak around the toliet & the shower knob was broken.

It was clean and located good

The price and the service the room was suppose to be a king one bedroom and it was not it was a queen bed and super uncomfortable to sleep
