Under construction had a bad smell. I'm guessing the paint

Breakfast was ok. No muffins. Not as good as some other hotel breakfasts that I have had.
Lighting poor in room. Room was not straightened up at end of 1st day. sensor on back door did not work so you could not come thru rear entrance although your car waS parked near that entrance.

The front desk staff was friendly.
The floor our room was on was under construction. There were shards of glass in the hallway outside our door. The construction team started before their designated time. There was no phone, refrigerator, iron/ironing board and other regular amenities that come in a room. When asked to move to another room, the staff reported that the housekeeping staff didn’t feel like cleaning another room and we had to stay in our room. If we left the hotel we would still get charged. This experience was horrible!!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed the pool but there was one suggestion maybe a couple of lounge chairs...

Breakfast was good, the staff very friendly and eager to meet our request. The Desk Staff also were extremely pleasandt nd accomdating.
Our floor was extremely noisy during the night. Loud talking, music, and banging of doors and other weird sounds.

Elevator not working when we arrived. Language barrier at front desk.

Room was not cold. No matter what adjustment was made on thermostat, room was still hot. Like it is preset.

Extremely clean and very smooth friendly staff at evening check in. The room was the largest room we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve traveled all over the world.
Our swim team’s Coach picked the property.

Nice complimentary breakfast
Rooms are okay, not upgraded. Facilities were either not working or hard to find. Front office seemed confused about reservations and not welcoming at all.

the room was nice and clean and the staff at the front desk was very nice.
The house keepers slammed doors early in the morning. Then one knocked on my door and didn’t even identify herself as a housekeeper. They pulled the fire alarm at 7 a.m. and it was just too noisy the entire morning.

it was gross and uncomfortable. old, dirty, pictures do NOT reflect the hotel inside or outside. what a waste of $200 a night

Shower was broken. key’s didn’t work on multiple occasions. no usb ports to charge.

it was a nice place until I got to my room.
I saw a roach the minute I walked in. it was on the bathroom.

the breakfast and the person who checked us in
the microwave in my room did not work, the air
conditioner did not work. it was extremely hot until
about 4am. spiders and bugs in bathroom.
couch bed was disgusting. asked for a fan and was
told no they didn’t have one and when I told the guy
about my air he basically said whatever he will check
it in the morning. which I’m 9 months pregnant and
for the amount we paid the issue should have been fixed.
will never stay here again

Nice hotel … Kacy at the reception desk was exceptional and the cook who took care of the morning breakfast !!!! Breakfast was yummy and more than enough!

Room was big enough for my family. Super clean. Everyone was friendly. And my kids enjoyed swimming pool. And gym

The pool was nice. The location was good and the price was great
They didnt clean your room or bring toilet paper or things like that so you have to go ask for towels and things everyday so made alot of trips down to the front, also one of the beds was comfortable and the other one wasn't but other than that everything was fantastic!
