It was absolutely freezing in our room, I turned the heat up to 82, the problem was there was about 3/4 of an inch space between the bottom of the door and the floor and 1/2 in the side of the door. Cold air was blowing in making it freezing, I actually slept with my coat on and I put all the large towels on top of the bed. The front desk ask me if I called maintenance, no it was around 11:00 pm and i was exhausted, what could they possible do, take the door off and fix and move us, no not really, I'm 75, i was too tired......and............the eggs were disgusting, the sausage was cold. I'm not going back.....ever......

Beach facilities, pool,

Room was very clean and nice to stay. Food was good for serving oneself. Staff were friendly and very help full. Would stay here again.

The views from the room were exceptional. Easy access to the beach and great location to restaurants and other activities. Staff member were fantastic and helpful with great recommendations for the area.

Long walk to the beach

The staff was very helpful and polite. My family and I had a great time. The location is excellent, close to the beach, and the pool is comfortable and nice. Process of checking in and out was easy and fast,

The rooms needed a bit cleaner, and some upgrades will be great. The breakfast was ok, but the coffee was not that good. It is pet friendly, but it has an extra cost of $150 plus tax. The back elevator is always busy but is normal due to the hotel's capacity.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good but not enough seating. Room was comfortable with a nice sized TV and a desk. Kitchenette was useful with a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and some glassware. Our room had a decent view of the beach. Rooms on the other side of the building probably had a great view of the sunset.

The bathroom layout was a little uncomfortable. There is only one small, older elevator which made it a little inconvenient to get around. Especially since ice was only available on one floor. There were not a lot of restaurants within walking distance and there was no restaurant on the premises. Parking was also limited. We expected more from a hotel carrying the Marriott name.

The staff were always smiling and greeted us every morning. Everything was clean and nice. Our room was great and the breakfast was really good every morning. Highly recommend staying here, we always have a great stay when we stay at a Residence Inn.

The only downer was the poolside bar is closed. They closed it during COVID and didn't reopen. A very minor thing.

Beautiful room and very quiet. Love being right on the beach! Breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful.

More elevators and larger elevators. That’s our biggest complaint besides the furniture in the living room was awkward for shorter people and uncomfortable. Luckily we weren’t in our room much. You need a larger variety of breakfast food too.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable with two balconies overlooking the beach and gulf. Very well kept grounds and staff seemed to be always cleaning and making things shine.

Tiki bar by the pool was shut down during Covid and weren’t coming back as of now. That’s not even worth mentioning

Location and staff was friendly

Old only 1 elevator that was slow. Had to pay $20 a day to park. The breakfast buffet was the same food every day.

Everything was great!

The staff is very nice , great locations with restaurants and super market . Beach right there and easy access to it . The cleaning staff is very nice and polite. We will come back to this hotel for sure. Recommended 100% !!!!
