Location, facilities, size of apartment, value for money

I was concerned we would be pushed into time share meetings but this didn’t happen

Very specious, clean, tidy, the pool was very nice , swift service and relaxing

It wasn’t have any sea or pool view

Rude staff at the desk getting parking pass. We got there late and didn’t want to hear about the time share. We just needed a parking pass and some sleep. Staff told me not to interrupt her doing her job

Lack of instructions on where to check in

Stayed for two weeks but did not receive house cleaning service for people who had a stay of more than seven days. Requested it but they could not fit us into the house cleaning schedule. They only clean rooms from Monday to Thursday. I don’t think it should be up to the client to have to arrange for this service. We should have been automatically set a date. Very disappointed. Based on this not sure than I would return to this facility. This was our fourth stay her over the last 6 years. Expected better.

The pool was fantastic. Always warm and not too crowded. Pool towels available to borrow easily. The facilities within the apartment were great. Had everything we needed.

It was so noisy from people partying that I couldn’t get to sleep. Floors in the apartment were dirty.

This resort is heaven sent! It's perfect. The rooms are clean and well equipped, perfect for a family that wants to cook or have a home-like environment. The staff is so sweet and the amenities are simply amazing. From the salt water pools to the arcade, I felt like we were at an all-inclusive on an island.

The water slide weren't working but that was fine.

First apartment in the 8 building was very dusty with a bad smell. I demanded to be moved. 2 building was much better I was happy everything was a 9. Renovation is needed

very clean, polite and helpful staff, pools were fantastic

some loud and smoking guests in the adjacent patios

the rooms were huge and so clean with all the things you need for a family (laundry IN the room , big fridge, etc)

they tell you to pick up your parking pass at the concierge but it’s really a ploy to get you to go to a 2 hour time share chat. not what I wanted to do after 8 hours of travel. I understand it’s their job but it was an aggressive hustle. I was sweating and tired and asked nicely to decline. the worst was that they called me and my elderly mother at 8 am to wake us up for this chat, it’s vacation and we wanted to sleep 🙁

unit upkeep and updates. This was our third stay at the fountains over the course of 14 years never had so many smaller problems nothing major. I realize Covid hit the hospitality industry quite hard, so hopefully this is just a recovery phase and they get back to where they want swear

They didn't charge for Amazon purchases.

Someone else put my room number on a meal, but the staff didn't charge me.

well organized and plenty of staff to help.

very sales-oriented and the rooms were tired and in need of updating (example. light and air fixtures were deteriorated, rusty and plastic was visibly old and breaking down. floor was not in great shape. needed a few new tiles. bathroom needed better tile cleaning. furniture was functional but uncomfortable.
