The room was great

The staff was on my ass so much I couldn't even walk around the property they're very rude!! And the pool was not in working order and it's the only reason that I booked that room.

My utmost praise and gratitude goes to Stephanie, who prepares breakfast. She went the extra mile when she noticed I had accidentally left my purse in the dining area. Stephanie promptly brought it to my attention, and all the contents of my purse were undisturbed. Not only does Stephanie display professionalism and integrity, she is also personable. My compliments for an exceptional job well done.

The bed in room 131 is exceptionally tall. I am 5’ 2” tall and the top of the bed was 2 inches higher than my waist. It was nearly impossible to access for both people staying in the room. I have stayed at this particular location on numerous occasions, most recently last year. I have never encountered such a tall bed ever before, in ANY hotel. When I first walked into the room at check-in (for a 3 day reservation), I immediately talked to the office check-in person, who stated all the beds in the hotel were that tall. Then she said, the beds were this tall in ALMOST all the rooms. Then when I told her I had stayed at this location several times before, and I would have remembered this. I asked if we could change rooms, she declined our request. Based on the limited number of vehicles in the parking lot throughout our stay, and the sparse number of guests at breakfast, we didn’t get the impression that the hotel was remotely full to capacity. Instead she offered us the use of a plastic step-stool with a 200 pound weight capacity. However, this weight-limit was insufficient for our needs. The bed was so tall that we had to look down at the wall-mounted TV. This is something we will remember when we book future travel reservations.

The beds we’re comfortable

We booked the hotel specifically for the pool and it was closed the entire stay. We were not notified of the pool being closed and there was nothing in the website that stated it was and if there was it was not easily found.

the entry; I loved the Dove bathroom products (all in large pimp bottles attached to wall- shampoo, conditioner, body wash in shower and by the sink hand wash and body lotion… smelled wonderful and really good product; breakfast was Great and staff friendly; parking was excellent for large vehicles even semis or RVs

there was hair stuck to the shower; water pressure in shower could have been stronger: a half drank Coke in the frig and it was not ours… so housekeeping could have been better

The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating when we wanted to change rooms so my wife had a bathtub.

The toilet ran, the outer window covering was broken, and wouldn’t let us raise, and my wife had to push a washcloth into the drain since the plug wouldn’t work. We think the threads were stripped.
