The staff was very friendly and helpful! We liked it that the breakfast fast included/free of charge.

The cleanliness can be improved. Eg. Remains of half eaten toast lying on the floor of the elevator. Rooms were also not cleaned - we stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned/serviced.

We had a room om the street site, due to a Light construction of the windows the room was very noisy due to passing traffic

All staff was amazing friendly and nice! Room was super clean, bathroom, beds (including pillows) were very comfy and clean; A/C was not smelling moldy or dusty like in other hotels nor was very loud; Breakfast was fresh, delicious with so many options. Coffee and tea were available at all times in the hotel lobby and in the room. We were totally pleasantly surprised with this hotel; Exceeded our expectations!

- Duvet was too hot, impossible to sleep under, even with open window (which opens only a little). Good part is that staff provided us with a blanket which was much better. - It would be nice to have dimmable lights next to the bed.

Booking.com screwed up payment to the hotel--I paid two months in advance, yet Booking.com did not transfer my payment.

Check-in was easy and quick. The staff was welcoming. The room was clean and a nice size. I like the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the showers. The breakfast was fresh and had a decent selection. Parking was easy.

The temperature control was inadequate. The heating only went down to 70, which is too warm for sleep. The bed was good but not great. I understand the hotel is upgrading these rooms this year. The room coffee was stale and there was only one pod of caffeinated.

Facility was very clean.

We requested 2 double beds but was given a room with a king bed. My son slept on the couch. It would have been nice to have a pull out bed since we weren’t given a room with 2 beds. There were no rooms with 2 beds available. The person at the desk said it was because of my booking of a “standard room”. I booked a room with 2 queen beds.
