Very close to major highway and noisy (unless) air conditioner/heater is on.

This room was very outdated. All appliances were dirty. I was just dirty

The property was undergoing renovations and that was not stated when we booked.

Location near the college campus

This hotel is very dated. They know they can get away with it because that's the only hotel in town that's close to the campus. The beds in all the Furnishings are really old it looks like they may be updating some of it, but it is very long past due.

Nice features in kitchen of suite. Good bed and pullout. Shower worked well. Two TVs.

Thermostat didn't work properly in one of the two rooms, so we were chilly all night. Hotel staff was confused by this but attempted to explain it away as something we did wrong, when they had provided no guidance about whether wall thermostat or unit settings should be used and were still unclear about which was better to us or what happens when they are in conflict. Also, door between living and bedroom area of suite caught on carpet and wouldn't close properly. Inadequate electrical outlets near bed area to operate desired devices (C-Pap, reading lamp, laptop charger, phone charger).

We loved the size of the room and functionality of the kitchenette and the staff that was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.

The bathroom was a bit tired and dated and in need of a refresh.
