There is only 1 elevator for a 5 floor hotel. Had to wait multiple times for it to go up and down because it was full of people or maids with cleaning carts.

The location was great! After staying in Fayetteville the previous night I waned to check out Hope Mills and I appreciated the relaxing feel of the town. The hotel was close to multiple parks, restaurants and plenty of entertainment. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

The bathroom door in the hotel room didn't close all the way. This was a little uncomfortable and for the price I would have expected a working bathroom door. My room was also supposed to have a balcony which I was looking forward to. I paid for a suite because of the balcony but when we arrived we didn't have a balcony. It didn't look like any rooms had balconies so that may be a miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel. Also, my friend said there was hair all over his "clean" bath towel.
