Just told us in short notice overbooked. Sadly to got this information very late.

Location was fine. Located near food and services.

The food was ok the service, cleanliness and availability was an issue. There was no breakfast one day of our stay and they ran out for eggs another morning. When replenishing food trays, they just dumped food into existing pans instead of taking them into the kitchen and filling them. The food service area was unsanitary we looked at the same caramel sauce on the wall and on top of the bottle for 3 days. the garbage containers were filthy. They were understaffed the way it looked to us. Billing and issue will work the out with Booking .com, I was charged more at the hotel that quoted and when I asked staff at the desk about the charge they told me it was just a holding not actual charge. Yet my statement shows the higher rate.

I like that the property was central to a lot of local shopping though it was kind of hidden away behind other properties. A hidden gem. The facilities was clean, the room was clean, the staff was cordial and the pool/ hot tub area was great.

The breakfast was fare.

location was fine. it’s tucked in between a strip mall and a car dealership.

it was being painted so the windows were covered up. good they are doing upkeep, I guess. we were checked in by someone wearing a hoodie and jeans so it felt a little unprofessional but they were nice and efficient.

carpeting had a tired look

Updated rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, quiet, even though we were right next to the elevator.
