The breakfast was ok but everything else was so disappointing . The waiter, Shatney, was excellent and tried to make at least our breakfast enjoyable!
The pool was closed because of leaks, the restaurant only served breakfast because the front desk stated they were understaffed. Then there was no air conditioning in the gym and no water in the water cooler. The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud that we had to shut it off to fall asleep then turn it back on during the night when it turned to hot during the night. No water in the rooms because staff said Falmouth does not allow plastic bottles, but they sold them in the vending machines and canned water was sold at the front desk. We have several other complaints, but we were so disappointed that Booking.com sent us an email the night before we left for this vacation with our grandchildren stating that Booking.com was just informed that the pool and restaurant were closed. We were not able to cancel and change our hotel. Just so disappointing and such a waste of money!!!

We liked everything about this hotel. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable and the location very good. The hotel is paying attention to environmentally sustainable practices which we appreciate a lot. It was nice to be offered cold drinks in the lobby. Well done!
There was minimal counter space in the bathroom and the tub seemed quite old. However, these are minor points. We enjoyed our stay here.

I booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and tavern
neither the tavern or pool were open - my daughter was very disappointed that the pool wasn't open

My son is in MMA and we met him on Jan.
Last year we spent a couple of days in a Hotel at Buzzards Bay. We try something different and we went to Falmouth. A really nice surprise, good and beautiful hotel. Breakfast: súper nice. 2 thumbs up.

Did not take advantage of the breakfast. Had to leave a bit earlier than expected due to some family issues. The facility was very clean and comfortable, despite construction at the time. That was kept well away from the room we were in. Location was a bit off the beaten path, but that wasnt important to us.

The facilities are being renovated, new roof going on. Carpet and tile are dated. Hopefully that is next.

The hotel was close to Martha's Vineyard in a lovely town.
Use used an app to find the hotel and feel the staff might've hesitated renting our room since the elevator was unavailable to the lower level during renovations. As older folks climbing up and down stairs with luggage wasn't the best experience.

The lobby is refreshed and nice.
The guy who checked us in was very
nice and helpful.
The room was dirty and when we did
our “bed bug” check we found a
toothbrush under the mattress. The
bathroom had hair on the floor and
in the shower.

Our towels weren’t changed inbetween stays and I had chucked all the towels we had used in a heap in the bath. When we got back from a day out and wanted a shower we had to ask at reception for clean towels
