Front desk staff was very unwelcoming and disinterested at check in!

All our stuff locked in the room for a night , had to stay in different room , I was told by Superv Mrs. Eva that one day's fee will be returned bc the inconvenience and it wasn't. I know things can happen but we didn't have this experience or issues with the room's key, very awkward!

Location was good to drive to the Keys.
*Room smells like wet animals. Had been moved but they all have carpet.
*Shower walls new ... Tub slippery.. nothing to hold onto.

de prime abord, l'hotel pourrait paraitre bruyant au bord de l'US1, mais vraiment très calme, car chambres en retrait derrière.
Jardin avec tables autour de la piscine pour pouvoir manger appréciable.
Une seule prise dans la salle de bain pour brancher quelque chose. Pas très pratique
Dommage qu'il n'y ait eu qu'un petit déjeuner continental

The continental breakfast was fine but not good for a type 1 diabetic as there was a lot of sugar in the cereals, bread, bagels and croissants. Bed was comfortable and the room needs updating.
The room key was extremely difficult to get to work and it was not kept near to a mobile phone.
The shower did not have a hot water tap that worked. So my husband had a cold shower and I had a wash at the sink.

Unfortunately the room I had seemed to have a bug problem.

Found ants in my room, walls were so thin that you could here everything around you, kept hearing weird noises throughout the night resulting in little sleep.
