Friendly employees! Really nice breakfast selections comfortable dining area. We enjoyed our kitchen in our room too! Also the laundry facilities were a good surprise. Nice machines and no charge to use them!

We didn’t care for the pool. A bit cloudy and small for amount of people staying at that time.

A very comfortable hotel! Big room with a kitchenette, very good bathroom. Very clean, well maintained, everyday housekeeping. The hotel has a nice pool, free of charge laundry room, and social meetings with refreshments several days a week. The staff is helpful and welcoming.

In order for my reservation at this location to be honored, I needed to change from a double queen to a king with a pull out. Ended up having my children stay with another family member. No compensation for the inconvenience.

Room was huge, wasn't expecting a kitchen/ living room. Would be great for a family.

Location, my fault, out of town. No safe in room. WiFi, very poor. Room outside a busy freeway :-(

was t cleaned for the 6 nights. apparently only gets cleaned once a week. had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels all the time

I didn’t like how everyday my key wouldn’t work I would go get a new one and on my last day the key lock died. I had to wait outside my door while they tried to figure it out (took almost an hour) they did suggest I get another room but all of my belongings including my phone were in my room. The employee couldn’t open my door so he had to get “an over night” guest to help which is embarrassing. i was promised $30 back in my account I’ve waited a week and still nothing not even any communication im not worried about it but it’s the principle. I was missing a door handle and a light bulb and for the price I paid I would think everything would be checked off. they told me I could check out at 1PM and one of the cleaning lady’s was very rude and told me “you need to be out by 12 no discussion because that’s not what they told me”. this was my birthday weekend and to have to be stuck in your hotel for the last day honestly sucked! I didn’t want to be a hassle to the front desk or have to leave my door open because the door wouldn’t open with my key and the maintenance man wasn’t there.

Size of the rooms, friendly staff, and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

2nd stay here & the only thing is that the housekeeper failed to clean the kitchen thoroughly from the previous occupants. There was old Chinese food left in the fridge & something spilled in microwave. Other than that great stay!
