Pool was disgusting. Should not have been open. Many violations and safety issues. I have pictures.

The breakfast was good. It was nice to have a hot breakfast, not just stale pastries and cold cereal.

We had reserved 2 king rooms, but they weren't saved for us. By the time we got there at about 3:45 they had all been taken.

The staff was lovely and very helpful. Location was great..

The building and facility needs a bit of updating. The breakfast area tables were not throughly cleaned between quests. Could have used some more parking spaces.

Breakfast was OK. The hot items were so-so but the rest of the choices were nice. Staff were great. pool and hot tub looked nice but we didn't use. The room was nice and clean. Everyone was helpful

The toilet plugged twice while we were there. Fortunately the desk person had a plunger and left it after our first issue. There was a centipede in the bathtub. I requested a wake up call but never got one.

Breakfast was OK. I am not a fan of Turkey sausage. Hard boiled eggs were rubbery.

Elevator needed vacuuming. The toilet flush lever was really loose, but I tightened it. The shower head would not swivel. The spray control on the shower head did not work.

I was disappointed in the breakfast that was offered. I do understand it was not what we have been use to because of vivid but I think it could be better

The bead and sheets were extremely uncomfortable.

I liked the ambient music when I walked into the room and that my windows were facing trees (and not the street). The staff was very courteous and pleasant.
