Ihg ripped me off of my rewards. Every time I come here they assure me I’ll get my points. I didn’t check. I asked when I checked in this time , was assured I’d get credit. When we needed to stay a few more days, I had the desk clerk check and he said no, he can’t find my rewards. From ANY of my past stays either. I guess I’ll stay at comfort inn next door next time. Or some other non ihg hotel.

everything was wonderful. staff was wonderful. the bed was so comfortable.

Breakfast wa not the best - eggs sausage were cold so selected yogurt coffee instead

Could not be happier with the customer service! Shortly after arriving, we received a phone call about a family emergency. We had to immediately check out. The hotel was very gracious and did NOT charge us for the night. Could not be happier with their service!

I can’t recall the man name but he was very nice when I checked into the hotel. We had causal conversation and he answered all my questions. The room itself was very nice. I loved the bathroom. Everything was so spacious and homey feeling.

I didn’t care for the breakfast but that’s okay.
