there was no hot breakfast except on the weekend. rm 703 had no hot water, barely got warm. elevators stopped on every floor on the way down to lobby, with no one waiting on any floor.

the room was nice. shower was great. staff was super nice. bed was comfortable.

Walls are so thin, you can hear the guest next doors whole conversation. they had construction going on DURING THE WEEKEND.

The room was exceptional. It was clean and very well decorated. We loved the Bathroom and shower.

The breakfast was awful. I'm so glad it was included in the price because we would not have paid that kind of money for that food.

We didn’t eat at the hotel during our stay but I enjoyed the coffee available in the lobby. The front desk employee upgraded us to one of the newly remodeled rooms and I liked the walk-in shower.

When you get off elevator it has a bad smell but it does go away. Plus I thought the room price was too high for what I got. Most 4 points are nicer . No microwave and no breakfast on Sunday ( even though I paid extra for breakfast) I was given a dry cold wrapped breakfast sandwich with no way to even warm it up and nothing to drink except coffee ( I don't drink coffee). Also no breakfast buffet on Saturday. Instead given a small menu with limited items and the food was very poor.. I would like a credit for both days for the breakfast.

The room was clean. The staff was nice. The main lobby was nice and welcoming.

Bed was uncomfortable. The bedspread had no stuffing in it, only hard balls inside each pleated square. Toilet was loud and kept running on and off all night. Needs to have a continental breakfast.

the rooms need to be updated some, but the staff is so great! we had our 40th High School Reunion in their ballroom and they were very helpful!

it definitely needs to be updated… the bathrooms in the rooms are showing their age 😬 and the restaurant definitely needs help!

Comfy bed

Because of construction happening around the building, the room was very dry and very dusty. In sadness I asked them to clean the room, and once they did it was much much better.

The lobby and elevators had clearly been through renovation, so I expected what I normally see at a Four Points property, but the rooms were much less than stellar.

The faucets were dripping, there was hair on the bathroom floor, just overall outdated and lacking.
