Friendly staff, good coffee always in the lobby

Received the wrong type of room, not what I booked. Was corrected on the second day. I had to check out & remove all my stuff from the room & take it back down to the lobby before they could book the correct room. I got help but it was an inconvenience. I think they could have figured out an easier way. AC went out in the lobby but was fixed. People were sweating bullets trying to eat breakfast. Booked 3 people in the room but they always brought towels for 2 people. It’s kind of annoying to get back to the room late & have to get more towels. We couldn’t use a luggage cart because none were available both times I needed one. I don’t remember seeing any but my husband was told they had two but were being used.

The staff was great very courteous and helpful. the AC in the room was fantastic. Room was clean.

I wish there had been a small table in the room in order to place my laptop and to eat on but there was not and did not receive any clean towels are trash taken out or bed made on the 2nd day I was there. Price seemed a bit high.

Sounded like there was a buzzing in the room. Desk switched me rooms as soon as possible.

Breakfast was very good, everything was very clean

We booked a room with a king size bed but they didn't have any available, the room we had was very nice.
