The breakfast was very good and the facilities were very clean. The staff was friendly. The bedding was clean and fresh, and the bathroom was set up well with shelving for towels and personal items.
The pool was closed and drained. We had grandkids with us who were looking forward to swimming. The TV remote was hard to turn on. Only 3 wash cloths were in the room for 4 people.

We we're in room 309 the air was making a loud noise all night long.

The breakfast was awesome. The location was great. This place was very quiet at night 🌙 😴. All of the staff were great except for one individual.
The room was smaller than the one I booked. The fold out sofa bed had no linens. One staff member would not give me a plastic bag "said there is one in the chest of drawers " we had no chest of drawers or a plastic bag

Breakfast was fine. Staff were helpful and kind.
So many things did not work as they should. Including the AC, the door that always jammed, and the way the moisture from AC settled on the slippery floor.

The people were very helpful, happy, and courteous. Not very often you find that combination.

They had a pretty decent breakfast and the hotel was in a good location. The only problem I had was the door to the bathroom would occasionally get stuck, but the rooms were really nice and clean.
