The breakfast was good except the sausage wasn't done enough the potatoes were kind of hard but other than that everything was good.

Our room didn’t have any soap in it when we arrived and for stating that it was sanitized I bear to differ. The phone and bedside lamp had visible dust. The coffee packets in our room also very clearly were dusty. The bathroom floor felt sticky when you walked on it. We stay at Hamptons a lot and this one felt gritty. The breakfast was ok but the tables were dirty and we were there within 45 minutes of when they started serving.

Pet fee of $75 for a 1 night stay was too high, especially as Booking.com reported it was to be only $35.

no refrigerator no microwave No portable fan toilet ran all night stuffy mold in shower

Staff was very friendly Our check in experience was quick and we were able to head to the room and relax.

Breakfast was decent don't like powered eggs. But I get why you use them.
